Laura Grant has dedicated her professional career to disseminating research-based treatment methods, primarily within organizations specializing in providing intervention for individuals diagnosed with Autism and in general education. Since 2006, she has worked to raise the standards of the application of behavior analysis and against the normalization of diluted treatment occurring in areas of the field that have become increasingly mainstream. She has worked with behavior analysts and clinics striving to adopt higher standards in behavior analytic treatment for individuals diagnosed with autism.

Molly Robertson
Licensed & Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Molly Robertson is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, as well as a Licensed Behavior Analyst in New York and Nebraska. She has an undergraduate degree in Psychology and holds a masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis & Autism. Molly’s decade long career in the field has allowed her to gain experience working in a variety of settings, including in home services, telehealth, clinics, and both public and private schools. She has worked with all ages, from Early Intervention to adults. Molly started her career as an RBT, became a case manager, and eventually earned her BCBA. Most recently, she practiced as a Behavior Specialist in a special needs early childhood program, with a focus on Positive Behavior Interventions & Supports and Assent Based ABA. In her free time, Molly volunteers as a parent advocate, helping individuals and families navigate the complex world of special education.
